Beyond Movement
Embodied exploration and conscious movement — privately, in class, and in group gatherings. We listen to breath and invite the body to reorganise at its own pace.
Bodywork
Macarena trained with Ralf Marzen at the Mudita School in London (2016–2017), including advanced Dynamic and Rocking Techniques. Somatic awareness, breath connection, acupressure, and assisted stretching woven into a meditative yet dynamic experience.
Rooted in movement
Her approach — informed by dance, exploration, and years of yoga—blends with somatic experience and creative movement.
Holistic support
Supports physical well-being—posture, circulation, mobility—and invites deep rest, emotional release, and realignment.
